While relationships are often seen as a natural part of life, they still require effort, communication, and compromise to thrive. It's important to actively work on building and maintaining healthy relationships, rather than assuming they will just happen on their own. Taking the time to understand and support each other, and being open and honest in communication, are essential for successful relationships. Therefore, it's important to recognize that relationships require intentional effort and should not be taken for granted. **

The reputation of a university does matter, as it can impact a student's future opportunities and career prospects. A university's reputation can influence the quality of education, resources available, and networking opportunities for students. Employers often consider the reputation of a candidate's alma mater when making hiring decisions. However, it is important to note that a university's reputation is not the sole determinant of a student's success, as individual effort, skills, and experiences also play a significant role in shaping one's career. **

Education is a matter for individual states because it allows for flexibility and customization based on the specific needs and priorities of each state's population. Different states have unique demographics, resources, and cultural values that can influence their approach to education. By giving states control over education, they can tailor curriculum, funding, and policies to best serve their students and communities. This decentralized approach also allows for experimentation and innovation, as states can learn from each other's successes and failures. **

It does not mean that other lives don't matter, but rather it is a call to address the specific issues and inequalities that Black individuals experience. Saying "all lives matter" can be seen as dismissive of the unique challenges and discrimination that Black people face. It is important to recognize and address the specific issues facing the Black community in order to work towards true equality for all. **
